We hope you are happy with your order but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right, don't worry bestie!

Please check your order before completing your purchase. This includes any personalisation. colours, dates, sizes, punctuation and grammar as we copy this information direct from your order. 

We might be able to amend your order if it hasn't already been dispatched or sent to production, just drop us an email or message asap! Our current turnaround time is 3-5 working days and we will always do our best to make any changes to the order.

If you wish to cancel your order, simply get in touch and once we have received the item(s) in the same unused condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your order excluding any delivery fees/charges.

If you are unhappy with your item(s) please return within 14 days. Please note, this does not apply to any personalised items or special order item(s). 

If you receive any faulty item(s) don't hesitate to reach out and one of our team of besties will look into this asap. please note, we will also refund any postage fees relating to the faulty item(s).
